Tempers flared when dozens of homeless people expecting to receive a free fur coat descended on a downtown shelter, only to learn that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals had just 25 to give away.....

He He He He....
Funny....so funny.
1. How come, according to PETA, it's okay for these homeless people to wear fur and not me?
2. So are these homeless people going to have blood thrown on them if a PETA member sees them on the street later?
PETA should have had another exchange program...
Buy two non-fur coats, trade it for a fur coat... Give the non-fur coats to the homeless, and try to think of another way to get the real fur coats back using a guilt trip.
LOL!!
You owe me a keyboard with that pic - Diet Coke is everywhere!
You're "rich" so yo aren't allowed to wear fur. And the fact that animal rights are a front for PETAs real purpose which is the expansion of socialism.
The animals that died to make the coats are already dead and will stay that way for quite some time. How does this help animals that are not dead yet? The loons on the Left never cease to entertain me......
AAARGH, spell check is a wonderful thing. I should use it more often.
yo = you
PETAS = PETA's
The loons on the Left were put on this planet for our amusement.
PETA=People Eating Tasty Animals!!!!!!
Because, PETA is not an "animal-rights" group. They are simply a group that uses animals to promote their left-wing socialist agenda.
I wonder why there are no protests against leather shoes. Sooner or later some one is going to protest my snakes skin boots. Oh well, they have to gripe about something. It's in their nature.
I bet they are going to turn around and sell those coats.
I know I would.
A couple of years ago I was having lunch with my manager in Kansas City. A carload of women parked on the street outside. One of them got out and put on a cow costume. I thought, "OK, they are either advertizing a restaurant, or they're crazy animal rights protesters".
I got my answer a few minutes later when four of the other women stripped down to nothing but flesh-colored panties right there on the sidewalk. The restaurant went nuts! Waiters were dropping plates. They then proceeded across the street, and stood in front of a fountain holding signs that said "We'd rather bare skin than wear skin".
Neadless to say, no one was paying attention to their signs. I found out in the paper that night that it was PETA. And no, I didn't notice their shoes. But a safe bet that they were leather.
When I saw some of the other members passing out flyers on the corner, I was glad they at least had the sense to use their more attractive ones for the disrobing.
Why don't we have that kind of commitment to the cause on the right! ;^D
