LIVINGSTON, Mont. A judge has ruled for "NBC Nightly News" anchor Tom Brokaw in his fight to keep an outfitter from bringing more big-game hunters on land bordering the newsman's ranch. The Montana Board of Outfitters was ordered to revoke David Nelson's additional permits to guide hunting trips on the land near Brokaw's ranch.

Like usual, there are 2 sets of laws in America: one for the masses and one for the elite. Having tons of money to influence local politicians doesn't hurt either.
