He'll soon be OJ's golf partner on the Pro/Am Golf Tour.

It must suck to be Mark Geragos ..

I sure hope it does.

He thought he was going to get a lot of face time until the gap order.

Pity.

Most killers are convicted on circumstantial evidence. And there was the timeline and Scott placed on the scene. Other evidence also.

I'm disappointed. Not only he's guilty as sin, but he's been hoarding the tabloid side of FoxNews for too long.

cant believe there are some finding him guilty, theres simply no evidence other than "last man standing" prosecution.

I am not surprised. There just wasn't enough hard evidence against Scott Peterson.

I wonder if we'll reach a point where there is enough "science" and enough legal muscle for hire, that it becomes impossible to prove anything, ever. What then?

I don't see why they don't just change the name of Greta's show to "the Scott Peterson Circus".

They'll try him again.

That's what i'm afraid of, because it means another year of every single detail of this bona fide LOSER'S crappy existence and crappy life being paraded all over the televisions and newspapers. As far as I'm concerned they should convict him on the basis that he's singlehandedly wasted so much of America's time with lame trial "updates" that nobody but the equally lame Oprah-watching daytime TV crowd wants to hear about and that were never newsworthy enough to merit the attention they've gotten in the first place. Let 'em fry.

I was watching a DVD of a really funny comedian (Ron White) from Texas over the weekend. He said that Texas is trying to pass a law that says if three credible witnesses see you murder someone you go straight to the front of the line to be executed. No hanging around on death row. He said that while other states are trying to abolish the death penalty, Texas is creating an express lane. Texas is saying "If you want to kill someone, don't do it in Texas. Do it in California. They don't give a s%^&."

Waiting for real confirmation, not speculation by "news" organisations. Please alert me IF this turns out to be correct.

IF he did do it - he could have easily seen enough forensic detective shows to kill all the evidence. Jeeze with all the forensic secrets out on TV now anyone smart enough could commit a murder and get away with it. I've seen so much stuff on the science shows that anyone could commit the perfect crime now.

I believe you.

I think he'll get off.. either in this one or the next one.

The hard evidence isn't there. It's mostly just emotional and "Scott's a scumbag" evidence.

I am 99.99% sure he did it.. but I'm also about 80% sure that he'll get off.

Greta is orgasmic over the thought of another 5 1/2 months of this.

Scott and OJ could team up to go looking for both sets of real killers (and pick up a few babes along the way).

I know, it's just a shame. Besides gypsy thieves and serial killers who target pregnant women with dogs, I just don't see who would have done this (sarcasm). I feel for her family having to find out he was having multiple affairs and that their daughter's life was not what it seemed to be. Sadly, there are plenty of women out there who would still be attracted to him after all this.

I know he's guilty, you know he's guilty, but if O.J. can walk? And there was a hell of a lot more ACTUAL evidence against O.J.

I doubt very much that the judge will accept the jury is truly hung at this time. He will probably send them back for more deliberation.

I don't think the jury told the judge that they won't be able to reach a verdict. On courttv they said they think the judge may have been told that one of the jurors doesn't want to participate in the deliberation process. Maybe it's the juror that never takes notes, picks his nails and doesn't listen? Then the judge read an instruction on their duties as jurors.
