I followed the link to the Nordic Lodge - and their buffet is $65 bucks per person !!! Yikes !! Yes, they serve lobster, but who could eat 65 bucks worth of food at one sitting ? I guess since it's near Cape Cod that gives you your answer as to why it costs so much. Gah.

Had he only known, Kerry could have saved himself hundreds of hours of embellishing his diary, letters to girlfriends, and dragging that big old video camera around for re-enactments of his pathetic "battles". God bless the Swift Boat Vets for exposing this lying shell of a man to the voters, who happily can still spot a phony when they see one. If we want to express our thanks to O'Neill and the rest, is their link still up? I haven't checked since I made my last donation.

Race, please thank these guys for serving one last tour.

I was going to send them my Good Conduct Medal, but I can't find the bloody thing. They deserve it more for what they've done this year than I ever did.

Official Press statement from Vietnam Veteran's for The Truth:

Press Release: Vietnam Vets for the Truth, a spontaneously organized group of Vietnam veterans and their supporters whose mission was to oppose John Kerry, gathered at Nordic Lodge in Charlestown, RI, on November 6th to celebrate the success of their efforts and to honor John O'Neill, Swift Boat veteran and co-author of "Unfit for Command." Some eighty diners enjoyed the best the sea and the farm can deliver as they heard O'Neill and others congratulate the hundreds of volunteers who contributed their time and treasure in the recently concluded campaign.

Well, dont let the location fool you, this place is in the sticks, really, you can get lost in the daytime!

Lobster is expensive up HERE, too, but the rest of the food is gourmet quality stuff, great steaks, scallops, Shrimp cold and hot and already peeled, too.

If you ate 3 Lobsters, and had steak, you would only be $15 short of the $65 fee...unless you are a large person who can pound down the Lobster... :)

They sought justice for all the VN vets whose lives were tarnished by kerry and his traitorous cohorts.
And sadly, I include John McCain in that group of traitors to their fellow vets

DITTO
John McCain is also a traitor.

Thank you Vietnam Vets and POWs. You are my true heros.

News has now come out that Kerry's diary contained information about Kerry meeting with terrorists (Viet Cong) 35 years ago. Hopefully more of these facts come out so that the doofus Kerry never runs for office again.

I know it was a wonderful evening for everyone who there. I wish we could have all attended, but we celebrated in our own way.

Goodness, John McCain be on the correct side of politics?

The only thing I ever heard him say that I liked was said at the convention

Here's a brief account.

McCain and Kerry were on a committee to investigate story that vets were left behind in Viet Nam.

Rather than seriously investigate their staff accused them of destroying original documents that would have proved there WERE men left behind.

McC and K closed the committee down with the finding that there were NO men left behind.

They then proceded to work on normalizing relations with Viet Nam. Both now have huge financial dealings with that country.

If anyone can add more, I hope they do.

you described them to the T and we feel the same way. My mother always said: "The Lord works in strange and mysterious ways." Who knew back then there would come a day when these vets would prevent john kerry who trashed them from becoming Commander-in-Chief of this great country. So my mother's words ring true. God bless these vets. They are true heroes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
