"We need to stop considering mosques "religious" buildings."

First of all, the imams all over this nation told the "faithful" to vote for Kerry...tax exemptions to undermine our political system.

Gentle, appeasing words will not sway them...they inflame them even more.

Islam is not a religion...it is an ideological cult and its origins prove it.

Ah yes...Mecca and Medina the well springs of Islamic hatred...the death giving spirit waters
of rape torture theft lies and murders...where all Muslims may stop to refresh themselves when they are tired of death and gore...and where they can silence the nagging conscience that the one true God has put in all men..

Saudi Arabia our great an noble ally who we allow to keep refreshing the terrorists from a place of safety and security...the safe zone not unlike Laos and Cambodia during our Vietnam War..

The more things change the more sometimes they tend to remain the same...

Whatever type they are if they believe what's in their little red Koran they are fair game.

VIII.12: "I will instil terror into the hearts of the Infidels, strike off their heads then, and strike off from them every fingertip."

It remains to be seen whether Bush will deal with the Saudi problem, which is at the bottom of this entire mess.

I think we need to deal with Syria and Iran first. And we need to stabilize Iraq. I'd say we should be ready for the Saudis in a year or two.

Wrong. They should be arrested and staked out on fire ant hills in south Texas.

I agree with your sentiment, but if they can be linked to the planning of 09/11, death should be the penalty. That death should be humane, and let God sort out the riff-raff.

If they signed their names, they should receive midnight visits from Special Forces...

For years now the Saudis have protected these pieces of garbbage. So as to not inflame passions where the "royal family" will be deposed.
The "royal family"is the most corrupt pack of thieves this side of the U.N., and they will not lift a finger to help us.
The Saudis fear an elected govt next door and as most strong arm govts they fear the smell of freedom by their populace just as do the persians of Iran.
Prosecuted by the Saudis? Don't make me laugh, how about killing them like a bug.

"Personally, I think it's good for our GIs to kill Saudi "clerics."

Cut off the snakes head. Kill all of them. End Islam now. I know it won't ever happen, and we will live to regret it.

Joe, I don't disagree too much with what you stated. I think our vantage points are probably where we'll differ the most.

I see Saudi Arabia as I saw Iran before Carter helped usher in the Ayatollah Khomanie in the 70s. No, the Shah of Iran was not pristine. He was an allie of ours, but he was somewhat problematic. Look what happened when we aided regime change in Iran. We have had close to 30 years of destabalized middle-east problems caused by that regime change.

Hussein would never have attacked the Shah. He would never have invaded Quwait. The perps of terror would not have been allowed to proliferate across the middle-east in areas around Iran like they did.

While I do see problems with Saudi-Arabia, I am highly concerned with what would replace it's current government, if we helped bring it down.

You can't tell me you'd have been very comfortable with John Kerry at the help when regime change came in Saudi Arabia.

I too would fear what would take power if the house of saud fell.
But for personal reasons I'd like to see the corrupt slimes there hurt.

I think it's time we got over the idea that the Saudis are our allies. They ain't.

We aren't even allies with ourselves by that standard, because we have plenty of people in this country, U.S. citizens, who are saying the same thing.

One big problem at this forum is that far too many people judge other countries by what their extremists are saying. Other countries are guilty of the same thing regarding the US, which is why Farenheit 911 won the Cannes Film Festival award even though it was utter bullcrap.
