Owens (CO)
Barbour (MS)
Taft (OH)
Sanford (SC)
Perry (TX)

Other possible Gov's but less likely IMO are:

Pataki (NY)
Bush (FL)

VA Senator George Allen may be interested also.

My personal "dream ticket":

Newt Gingrich/George Allen

Unfortunately, never happen. Gingrich has been demonized so severely by the MSM, and would continue to be. He is most qualified, IMO.

Bob Taft is a tax hiking loser. I didn't vote for him in 2002 and won't vote for him in 2008.
