Distraught over the re-election of President George W. Bush, a Georgia man traveled to New York City, went to Ground Zero and killed himself with a shotgun blast, police said yesterday.
The suicide victim, Andrew Veal, 25, was discovered just before 8 a.m. yesterday when a worker for the Millennium Hotel looking at Ground Zero from an upper floor saw a man lying atop the concrete structure through which the 1 and 9 subway lines run.

This is really sad. The leftists scared this guy to death, literally.
What's weird is didn't this guy think? He already survived four years of Bush, what's another four?
Savage is right. Liberalism is a mental disorder.

"This guy's problem wasn't Bush."That's right. His problem was selfishness and cowardice at minimum.

Yes, that is too bad... at least I didn't raise (or even grow up) with my cousins. But they bought the hate spewed by the media, left wingers and Hollywood. Unfortunately, I have a 20-year old niece that I am close to that also buys it. It has been real trouble maintaining the relationship.
But still, I think everyone on that end is keeping their wits about them (my challenging their reasoning not helping the situation).

Well, one less vote for Democrats in 2008.

This guy's problem wasn't Bush.Plainly---what incredibly irresponsible reporting. Anyone who's read psych knows that the immediate trigger for suicide is almost never the real cause---which is usually long-standing, severe, clinical depression. This man was mentally ill.

This story is so sad. This is on Moore's head, and hopefully weighs heavily on Kerry's conscious, since he fostered and participated in the rhetoric that drove this man to such an irreversible act.
This should serve as a wake up call that rhetoric is a powerful tool, and used irresponsibly can lead to tragedy. The campaign employed by the Democrats over the last year pushed the limits of civilized discourse... Terrorism, Fascism, and Communism all employed hate as a tool to woo and control the masses.
Germany and France have both ran similar (and frighteningly effective) campaigns in recent years, which in my opinion have resulted in the recent wave of anti-semitism that has gripped their continent.
The Democrats thought they could apply the same tools, they did not succeed, but a lot of damage has been done, and I fear that this act is just an example of the consequences that the nation is now facing.
The left would be wise to take note and remember lessons learned from wars and conflicts past.

It really is difficult isn't it? Just to listen to some of
silly thoughts going through their minds. It is to the
point where I just shut my mouth and let them ramble on
until they realize what they are doing, it is pretty
comical when they catch themselves. And not a moment to
soon if you ask me!!! LOL!!!

The lack of stability on the left continues to astound - and their votes count just as much as if they actually knew what they were doing.

This is very sad. We must make our country united once again, even if that means reaching out to the Democrats.

The University of Georgia is a haven for lefties! This guy was an employee of the school in the computer lab. It is sad that the academic world is so heavily weighted with so many misguided ideas.
I have a feeling this guy had more problems than just an election!

Seems to me this guy blew his brains out because he was brain dead to begin with, sounds like the 55 million others that voted for Senator "I Have A Plan."

Schumer and Clinton will just call for more gun controlI never thought about it this way before (and it IS a joke), but maybe the right approach is to ban guns for democrats. Think about it. Where is there high gun crime: democrat controlled cities. Where are there high accident rates: democrat controlled areas. If we take away guns from democrats, maybe they'll stop trying to come after ours.
