"What's the frequency, Kenneth?!" was the question that an unknown assailant asked over and over as he beat the living daylights out of Dan Rather on a city sidewalk one night, many years ago.
True story.
Everyone in America, including Rather, would like to know what in the hell that was all about!

Thanks for the info on Teresa. And I do know where the "What's The Frequency Kenneth" phrase came from. Some years ago, Dan Rather was attacked on the streets of New York. Apparently the assailant walked up to Dan and asked "What's the Frequency Kenneth" before socking him in the jaw. True story.

A couple days before the election, I was eating pizza and having a couple PBRs at a restaurant/pub in Beverly, MA. Reading my Boston Herald. I should have known it wouldn't be pleasant when I saw the car with the Kerry-Edwards sticker outside. Sure enough, a couple guys were talking fairly loudly about what a dummy and a jerk Bush was. I kept my calm, didn't say anything. Would have dumped my beer on them, but why waste good beer?
Then I thought, Imagine their faces on Tue. night. Well, I stayed home and watched the returns but I wonder if they went to this place...would their reaction be like THIS?
"Heineken?!?! F--- that s---!
PABST BLUE RIBBON!!!" - A manic Dennis Hopper as Frank Booth in the film "Blue Velvet."

We should start a "Kerry watch" thread to see what happens to Lurch's looks now that the campaign is over.
Yes, we've seen the "before" campaign pics and the "during" campaign pics. Now we need to see what happens to his hair and wrinkles. Will Kerry continue to color his hair? Will John continue getting Botox treatments? Stay tuned.

I'm living in CAMBRIDGE now, so you can imagine I've been walking around trying not to laugh. :)

P.S. re: Your tagline. Supposedly a refurbished Blue Velvet is coming out on DVD at some point.

My father was a lifelong blue collar Democrat til a few years ago. I was always more political than he, and just today I visited and heard him talking to my mother (as I was walking in) about "that JERK Edwards coming out Tuesday night. This IDIOT was going to be vice president?! Thank God I voted for Bush again."
I considered it a personal triumph!

As much as I would like to hammer home that a too many of a good percentage of Americans voted for a socialist and an idiot, we have got to move on and squash the Hildebeast.
I think she is a bigger threat to the Founding Father's republic. She's a rabid socialist, Kerry was mainly an opportunist.
