The record seems to indicate that our sun is a variable star, sometimes quite variable, and is the main controller of our climate.

South Cascade Glacier, one of the USGS "benchmark glaciers", shows a GAIN of .55 meters between 1953 and 2002. (No data since)

Color me skeptical here. The jury is probably still out on anthropogenic climate change, but this organization appears to be a creature of the petroleum industry. They've received grants from Exxon, and currently they are funded by parties which they decline to identify.

The most recent episode of global warming started some 12,000 or more years ago. That's why the whole northern part of the U.S. is now, and has been for thousands of years, free of glaciers.
Are you attributing this to Clovis Man, Folsom Man, etc.?
