TWEAKING LIBERALS
Fiedor Report On the News #324 ^ | 11-7-04 | Doug Fiedor

Posted on 11/06/2004 1:22:47 PM PST by forest

Truthfully, I really wasn't gloating these past few days. Probably they caught me smiling and laughing a bit, though.

Yeah, I had to go into the city (90% liberal) and visit with the Democrats. Couldn't resist. I wanted to actually see the sad faces for myself, up close and live. Local Democrats have been a glum lot these past few days. Many are still grumbling.

On Capitol Hill, Democrats were whining like Valley Girls at a sorority party that ran out of wine, pointing fingers at their leaders and talking about making war against the Republicans. Liberal Hill-Rats must have run out of Prozac by Thursday and were getting very mouthy, even in front of reporters. Some of the top Social-Democratic Party aides blamed House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), an ardent socialist, and national party chairman Terry McAuliffe, for failing to win the White House or either chamber of Congress. Instead, they lost seats in both houses and their whining Senate leader, Tom Daschle, is gone, gone, gone.

(No gloating here. Just reporting facts.)

Fox News reported that the Bush hating groups spent about $400 million in their effort to defeat him. It was probably a lot more than that when all the illegal money is counted in, but never mind. George Soros alone spent a whopping $26,530,105 -- and probably more that we do not know about. So it's understandable that I am very happy to report this week that they wasted their money.

(No gloating here, either. Just reporting facts.)

Want to rub it in with Democrats? Just state one simple fact: Last Tuesday's results prove conclusively that President George W. Bush is much more popular with the American people than Bill Clinton ever was.

Unfortunately, Democrats still have a few strongholds around the country but, for the most part, it is a dying party. It should be dying, too. After all, the Clintons still control the party. And look at the Democratic Party's most famous members: Terry McAuliffe, Michael Moore, Larry Flint, James Carville, Jesse Jackson, Paul Begala, Susan Estrich, George Soros, and a whole host of limousine liberal media people.

These are some of the most visible people in the Democratic Party. The problem is that they have zero in common with anyone at the grass roots level who votes for Democratic candidates. It's most interesting that the working class often votes for the multimillionaires in their party and then wonders why they do not get proper representation.

The Democratic Party lost the South. Now the black communities are starting to revolt against the party. White people who vote Democratic seem to be from two classes: ardent socialists, or those who just do not pay attention to politics. And really, there is not a whole lot we can do about either group. Unfortunately, even the inherently ignorant get to vote.

And therein is yet another problem. Some of these people are too stupid to even find the correct polling place. Or, if they get there, they mess up the ballot -- but some then still demand the spoiled ballots be counted. Now some nutcase invented "provisional ballots" so some of these people who do not have a clue can still vote.

Perhaps there is a good reason some of those people cannot find their polling place and/or cannot vote properly if they get there. Perhaps they should not be voting in the first place. That could be nature's way of protecting the rest of us from the actions of the stupid.

Even so, we're always willing to help out the liberals. Suddenly a lot of liberals are saying they would like to move to Canada. Canadian officials put the kibosh on that, though, saying there is a year wait after making application. Actually, that's just Canada-speak for "we already have too damn many of our own socialists and do not want anymore." But, in the spirit of cooperation, I will be happy to show any liberals how to get into Canada with no problem -- even provide them a map and personally escort them across the border, just to be sure they go.

We can help them cross that border.

There's an easier way to do this, move the borders so that all blue states are annexed by Canada. They all are next to the Canadian border or are adjacent to another liberal state so that they would all be contiguous to Canada, Of course all business must be handed over to the United States in those states including Wall Street.

'. . . the working class often votes for the multimillionaires in their party and then wonders why they do not get proper representation.'

Touche!

Emphasis on "the working class". Could just as easily substitute 'blacks', 'minorities'.

Some day they may learn. Perhaps, by the next election cycle.
