The more of this they do and the more press it gets, the fewer votes they get.
They think that throwing up on cars, taking off their clothes and spelling words, making outrageous statements about the President helps their cause. I hope they never figure it out.

While he is a flaming @$$hole, it's his right to do so. As well as it is the right of others to express their dislike of his actions.
BTW, I was fully prepared to do the same if, perish the thought, sKerry had won just to pi$$ off my liberal neighbors.

...but there's nothing the town could do to force him to take the flag down. Yes there is. According to The United States Code, Title 36 Chapter 10:
§176. Respect for flag No disrespect should be shown to the flag of the United States of America; the flag should not be dipped to any person or thing. Regimental colors, State flags, and organization or institutional flags are to be dipped as a mark of honor.
- (a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.
If there is no emergency, or instances of extreme danger to life or property, the authorities have the power to make him display it properly.

Four years ago, quite a few freepers were displaying the flag upside down during the recount fiasco.
It's not quite the same thing, but it is political expression.

Extremely cool and trustworthy looking dude, especially the crushed pink cowboy hat. Just who I'd want for a lawyer. If I were not a law-abiding citizen, I might suggest calling the cops (from a pay phone) every day and reporting drug selling activity at this guy's address.

Amazing interpretation of "Freedom of Speech." I once told my friend with whom I was having a political discourse that I had "FofS."
His answer which I have never forgotten was, "You're FofS ENDS about 1 mm from my ear."
This guy's insult of Bush was really stupid, for he insulted me by his display. Don't I have a right to tell him to wise up?

I know Ford Greene. He is a Brat who grew up in wealthy Ross Calif. just a mile or so from San Anselmo. San anselmo used to be a great town full of hard working families. It is now a den of communist tofu eaters. Why do all of the communists' find the nicest places to live.

I admire his study of cult "indoctrinations"; however, when is he going to sue Marin county on the basis of their au-so-trendy indoctrination of their own citizens? How about the Public Schools? Nah. I read parts of one of his cases long ago.. the problem I had with it is: He doesn't hold an individual up to account for their willful joining of a cult. Nope. He knows these are big pocket organizations, too.
