You don't understand homosexuality my friend.

The reason they are promiscuous, is BECAUSE they are homosexuals. The reason they are homosexuals is because of unbridled lust and atheism.

This is why the state has an interest in controlling sodomy. Sodomy is the outgrowth of atheism and immorality, both of which destroy society, so as a leader of the state, with an interest in preserving the state, you remove it from society.

I am pretty sure that even those who end up divorced had originally committed to a lifelong union, as in "till death do us part"

Having a father and a mother is best, but sometimes the child ends up with just one whether through death or divorce or abandonment. None of us are perfect but we should strive to do our best.

The rule (one man and one woman for life) however, should still be taught instead of the exception to the rule.

I am saying inserting such a sentence opens it up for challenge in court.

You are correct, but it is better to fight it now. As time goes by and people forget how the liberals started all this nonsense, (using liberal judges to artificially press the case) the liberal press will help con the issue.

Unless they get their way, they always roll the dice using the liberal court's crap shoot instead of 400 years of precedent.

Meek & PC, thank you for the ping. I hadn't been online or heard any news of this since my first information Friday morning. Sooooo very happy we were successful in protecting the children from such garbage. Another victory in an historical week--God has truly blessed America!!!!

Yes, you are on the Texas ping list. That was just
a short string of some folks I occasionally ping.

I've added you to that short list now as well.

So why aren't the rest of the red states following suit?
Now we need to emphasize CREATIONISM in text books.

My husband said that he heard on Christian radio that "how goes Texas, so goes the rest of the states" when it comes to textbooks

This is correct (I am involved in this on the print side, and work with both of the publishers mentioned.) Publishers seek to have their books "adopted" in Texas and California, which then permits them to market to local boards in those states.

Then rest of the states then have a choice of Texas or California accepted curriculum for their districts.

AP's headline is not supported by the article. The textbooks don't "define" marriage, they just use the correct, accepted definition of it & remove the non-gender-specific PC crap that was already there.

See my #70. Tex and Calif is where the publishers initially submit proposed new books
