Overall, a very good editorial. It had some punctuation and grammatical errors, but the heart of it sings with truth. Maybe use Gunga Dan's hated Microsoft Word to help you out, next time. I find myself needing spellcheck whenever I get passionate, too.
OK, so by what you have told us then your nickname seems to say pretty much the same thing then can we assume that the "Con" in your nickname means conman or ex-Con? Which is it? :-)

Thanks for the read and I hope you get some takers and publishers for your piece. Being that I am a "Euro-American" it isn't always easy conversing with my "Afro-American" friends. I have great concern for my fellow black Americans.
There is no doubt they are being led down a horrible path with leaders such as Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the NAACP. If you are familiar with a man named Larry Elder you would understand the meaning of "VICTOCRAT"! hammering the victim role over and over is the number one reason as to why the black community can not lift itself to higher aspirations within society.
As we have now witnessed in this election most minority groups increased their voting numbers within the Republican Party. Hispanics, Asians and Jews all up.....Blacks barely. That says alot.
I hope the ideas and beliefs you seem to support take hold within your community. Good luck and may I suggest again Mr. Larry Elder as a promising, fresh and articulate black man who takes the word Uncle Tom and disects it, deflects it and renders it uselesss....
