Holy Cannoli the tinfoil hats are out this morning. I just listened to at least ten calls in a row, all DUmmie sorts. Three were harping about Diebold voter machines and pushing websites (blackBoxVoters.org). Some were just typical ignorant complaints that can be ignored. But, there is a clear agenda at play when you listen. "No Paper Trail" and "Diebold said they would deliver Ohio for Bush" and "illegal modem activity."
They have about twenty minutes of Democrat only calls coming up. It might be a good idea if some voices of reason made an appearance. (hint, hint).
Why bother...
Yeah, we know. If Kerry would have won, this would not be an issue. They are only exposing themselves as the losers they are. Hey democrats, keep up the good work.
I would say about 1 in 10 of them gets it. The rest can't admit that they were in any way wrong.
GOOD!
Let them talk. The more Kerry talked, the better it was for us, too. Don't assume they're really helping themselves with this stuff.
No way I'd pretend to be a Democrat or encourage someone else to. Don't bear false witness eh?
C-SPAM long ago became group therapy for leftists. I refuse to watch it anymore.
The hysteria on the left is best treated like the tantrums of two-year-olds.
Deaf ears.
That's just plain STUPID!
I thought Ohio was still using punchcards. How can Diebold deliver the election for one group, and "spoided ballots" do the job for anonter, in the same state.
I notice Florida isn't on the radar this time. I'm a little surprised the touch screen machines in South Florida didn't cause any scandal, but I suppose Diebold saw it's future on the line and made sure the operators were trained -- unlike 2002.
The most surprising thing about this election is how little influence the supposed cheating and fraud had. I will not speak about Chicago, because that's a given, but the swing states looked pretty clean.
The states like Illinois and Michigan that have 110 percent turnout have simply made themselves irrelevant in national elections.
Pedro himself is a flaming leftie
I, too, wonder about Illinois. Look at the county by county map and tell me how they got 70%
Different counties use different systems. I think the Diebold system was in use in only one county - I could be wrong on this number - but in any case, it wasn't in use in all of them or even the majority.
I can't say I have faith in the touch screen systems, but I have to admit that they can, with luck, work. I wonder how they will age. They are very expensive, and likely to be in use for 20 years.
The talking points have gone out to the union and senior citizen group phone banks. Part of the DNC MO. They do it all the time.
Big time loser walking away from roulette wheel . . . "The #@$%&^ layout's rigged!" How many times have we heard this one!
In the meantime I'm doing my Happy Dance and I'm in day 4 of my truly record breaking postelection Gloatfest!
Don't forget about Philadelphia and Milwaukee. In Milwaukee they had up to 120% precinct participation and almost half were same day registrations!! Without those Wisconsin would definately be RED!
The radical left has become the mouthpiece of the democratic party.
We should support their right of free speech as much as possible.
Considering NYC was using its clunky lever-pull machines for upwards of 50 years, I guess it could be worse. I recall that they were sometimes manipulated, mostly by freezing or disabling the lever for one candidate or party. (Guess which one.)
I think the touch screens aren't really a problem in themselves; the only thing that is necessary is close scrutiny to keep the system itself "clean" and free from hacking. But we do this now with banking transactions, and there are relatively few problems. The other good thing about the computerized systems is that eventually, the voter information will be hooked into it and voting will be impossible for dead voters, voters who have moved to another state, or even simply those who would like another turn or two at the ballot box.
I am convinced the libs have totally lost it.I watched C-Span, but could only take so much! I think they are still in shock!
