I spent 5 days in 2 different jails for a $52.00 hot check a few years ago. They wanted right at $5000.00 plus time served for that, including: Time served,court costs, atty. fees, a theft education class (is that where they teach you how to NOT get caught?), 24 hours community service, restitution (that was paid as soon as I got out of jail including the fees for that), towing & impound fees for My car and warrant fees.

NOW WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE?????????

In relative terms these scum-balls should get the death penalty.
