I'm looking forward to reading the letters to the editor in my local Marxist (So. Whidbey Is) paper tomorrow.
I am sure some Democrats are happy that Kerry lost. Kerry did not reach out to Southern Democrats.
This is wonderful to watch. The left is just beside itself. I never thought I could get so much joy out of other peoples emotional pain. :-)
I'll go to confession later...I AM ENJOYING THIS TOO MUCH.
The whining has already started in the Tacoma rag. btw, yes it was a dream. It appears you have to register to read the article.
I hate excerted stuff that I have to register to read. Just post it, unless JimRob has directed otherwise.
I work in South King county and today the most obnoxious leftist at work said (almost verbatum)"if it's a culture war you want, by god you won't be the only one's with guns. You will NOT take away the right to abortion. I will go get a gun." His face turned nearly purple and he was physically shaking.
That was only half way through 3 hours of listening to his whining.
purr...............
I heard that John Kerry served in Vietnam...did he serve in Boston Harbor too?
Yes. It was a dream. While you were comatose, the Democrat politcal machine ran Walter Mondale against Bush, despite the fact that Howard Dean won the primaries. Bush won a narrow plurality with third party candidate Ralph Nader garnering about 19% of the popular vote but nothing in the electoral college.
Oh, and the Yankees won the World Series.
The left has gone feral down here. I haven't stopped laughing for days.
Our local left-wing rag actually published one of my letters today. It reads:
"The only thing better than President Bush's sensational win is the sight of the vanquished left drowning in their own despair".
Last month John Howard. Now Dubya. Ain't life grand?
Is it too much to say that this is the greatest victory for our side ever? Bigger than Reagan 1980, or the Republican revolution of 1994? I say it is. Their side gambled everything this time, and lost their shirts.
It's Friday night, I got some red vino going. Sweet!!! Let's enjoy this victory, for a short while at least.
It would've taken all my strength to keep from bursting out laughing in his face.
And we've got TWO MONTHS to celebrate before the second term even starts! (Too many parties, never enough champagne...)
Thanks for the tip, I'll look that piece up. .....along with Helen the Terrible's.
I am shocked that the libs believed they would win. They were behind in the polls consistently, and Kerry was a total joke of a candidate.
I mean, on the partisan spectrum, this was akin to the Republicans nominating Jesse Helms for President. Would extremism be an issue??
1) Zell Miller
2) the millions of Democrats who voted for President Bush.

Some of these voters praised President Bushs "integrity."
Im trying to find the "moral values" in killing tens of thousands of Iraqi civilians and sending our soldiers over there to die and not telling the truth about it.
But I guess "gay marriage" is more important.

Poor deluded population. I gotta get outta here.
