"In THE GREATEST COMMUNICATOR, Dick [Wirthlin] offers us a window into the secrets of Reagan's success...." James Carville

KEYWORDS: book; bookreview; carville; reagan; wirthlin
Carville is correct; Wirthlin's book discusses the secrets of how Reagan communicated values. But are Democrats so desperate that they have to turn to our side?! I know that immitation is the sincerest form of flattery, but let's hope they don't take Carville's advice and read Wirthlin's book.

Just because he thought Reagan was a great politician, doesn't mean he believes in what Reagan believes.

Oh yes, they're very desperate. But... are there demon-craps outside New York, Chicago and Los Angeles? Uhmmm ... "the still of liberals"!

Did you notice Kerry talking about the Lord and saying "God Bless you" toward the end of his campaign? THAT really made me mad. These people are so evil, they will stop at nothing to get elected, even mocking God.

Carville isn't a koolaid drinker. Mary couldn't stand to live with him if he were. He's a passionate and fiercely loyal liberal campaign strategist. He gives the Devil (us, in his mind) his due all the time. Donna Brazile is the same way. They fully respect those in the GOP who are skillful.

Reagan's political success was based on deeply held principles, upon which everything else in his great life was built. This is something the left, and most certainly Carville, will never understand. It is without a doubt that Carville believes that somewhere within the pages of Reagan's book lie the secretes on how to lie, trick, cheat, and manipulate your way to political success.

He's going for the middle.
Hillary will run in the middle in '08.

Carville is alot more civil behind the scenes than he is when the cameras on trust me. How do you think him and Matalin live together.
When you see Carville on TV, he's just putting on a show for his side. Same with Begala too. They are just insufferable shrills on TV, but when the cameras off they are decent human beings.

A follow up to my last post.
It's the ones who come out on TV without bias who are the real creatins on the left.
People like Keith Olbermann, Katie Couric, Dan Rather.. You can throw in endless others..
Those people are the real sub-human scum behind the scenes.
People like Carville, Begala, and even Colmes, are real decent people when the cameras are off and they aren't at "work".

Exactly right and the transformation will be simply amazing. Chameleon Politics 101.
