Has anyone else noticed that terrorists never make threats prior to an actual strike? It seems to me if they're threatening terrorist strikes, it's only because they don't have the ability to actually inflict them. Looks like we are winning and safer.
My thoughts exactly. It definitely looks like an admission of weakness.
They learned that from Saddam, interestingly enough. He's done the same thing.
