A very good friend of mine owned those vans - a hardworking small businessman and Navy vet, so I continue to hope that the investigation will result in prosecution and, perhaps, some restitution. It's a little like a tornado or other natural disaster - it doesn't mean much when you see it on TV, but when it hits your house, suddenly it's personal.
I'm sorry about your friend's loss. Pretty soon no one will want to rent to a Republican campaign unless someone goes to jail for this and has to make restitution.
