I have heard that dog is considered a delicacy in North Korea.
I believe in most parts of the Workers Paridise dog food would be considered a delicacy.
Having duck as a main course makes a nice change from tree bark.
Russian Ambassador Andrei Karlov wrote in the book that the visit to the farm helped him know well about what great attention the DPRK government has paid to solving the problem of the people's diet, hoping that the Korean people would register bigger success in their efforts to build a great prosperous powerful nation under the wise guidance of Kim Jong Il.Was the Russian ambassador having a little fun with parody there, using it to sneak in a reference to the "problem of the people's diet"?
