I am thinking that as a bipartisan move, President Bush should appoint Sen. Kerry to be our next Ambassador to France.

Beware the "Uriah Heeps" out there -----planning, plotting, ingratiating their way into conservatives' confidence.

They would manhandle the social conservative victory----and dilute the presidential mandate conferred by proto-conservatives----for their own self-serving agendas.

The "Uriah Heeps" could care less for the rights of the unborn and the restoration of conservative values to our Nation, and the proto-conservative issues that drove millions of Christians to the polls.

The agenda-laden, elliptical thinkers lurk in the shadows plotting ways to take over conservative victories.

It ain't gonna happen.

Any mucking up of our hard-won conservative victory will be met with fierce resistance.

Moral issues were this election's key to victory, and moral issues will set the agenda.

How can President Bush reach out to the 48% of America that voted for Sen. Kerry?

With a boat hook.

First of all, he can get rid of some of the divisive partisans in the cabinet. Ashcroft, for instance, should be encouraged to resign -- and subsequently appointed to the Supreme Court. Either Rice or Rumsfeld must go -- right into the new National Intelligence Director position. President Bush can also work across the aisle with Senator Kennedy on the "No Passenger Left Behind Act," encouraging safe driving. And I'd love to see Sandy Berger back in federal employ, but I don't think he has the clearance necessary for even a dog catcher these days. Men's room attendant somewhere? Nah, he'd steal the towels.

What I would do, ambrose, if I were the President in this situation, is this:
(1) Hold my right arm out directly in front of me
(2) Cock the wrist up with the back of the hand toward the audience of liberal voters
(3) Draw back my thumb, first, third, and fourth fingers

I think you get the picture.

Bush gave them his answer today. He said this is my agenda that the Majority of Americans believe in, your welcome to jump on board if you like, otherwise get out of the way. That is paraphrasing of course!

No RAT appointments. GW won this election, not Kerry. As for Kerry, he's married to a woman with more money than sense and he harbors a deep resentment toward the Swiftboat Vets, whom he blames for his loss of the presidency. I have no doubt he'll try some dirty work at the crossroads toward the Swifties. They need to expose him once and for all, so nobody will listen to him.

By putting forward a pro-business tax-reforming agenda. That plays everywhere. I'm a little concerned that everyone is overplaying the social conservative angle here. It is important, but there are lot of other reasons Bush is the first President in 16 years to win a majority of the popular vote.

Someone needs to get in front of America and expose the lies being told by the left. It may as well be Bush. The differences are in the lies that some people believe not in the truth of reality.

2 examples, "tax cuts for the rich" I hear so much wrong information, they have to explain that any across-the-board tax cut will always benefit those that pay more taxes and those that pay no taxes will not benefit. Instead they believe there is some "secret tax-cut" that the rich are getting that us peons don't know about.

The same with the privatize social security, many, many people think this means having a private company administer social security and all the crookedness that would entail instead of having part of your social security invested in stocks, bonds and other things. People already invest privately for retirement without fear but they don't know that that is what "privatize SS" means.

Sounds stupid sure, but ask around, people believe this stuff and vote that way. If the people are not informed and instead swallow lies there can never be unity.

Time will take care of some of it.

How many times can Dems say, "This time they're REALLY going to take your Social Security away!"?

They know what the platform is - they can come or not.
They do not have the option of changing it - they didn't earn the right nor do they have the power.
