Seems that Hamilton County is one of the most conservative urban counties in the Midwest.

I grew up in Cincy. Very heavy Catholic population. Lots of churches. More kids attend private Catholic schools than public schools, I believe. There are no strip bars in Cincy. You can't buy porno in Cincy. Very conservative town.
