Bush should keep on nominating whomever he wants. The stonewalling by the Dim minority through the use of the filibuster suggests that it's time for recall campaigns against the bastards who have blocked many judicial appointments these past three+ years. All we need are the signatures to force the issue, and viable candidates to replace the bastards.

What's the procedure for recalling a Senator in your state? Many don't have one. You might have to find a way to make a case for impeachment to get your Senator out of his or her seat.
