It's also time for a pro-life litmus test for SCOTUS nominees. If Kerry can advocate a pro-death litmus test, then we sure as hell can advocate a pro-life litmust test.

That's just a simple fact of the matter. Don't misunderstand, I like Toomey, but he wouldn't have won in a state that pulled the lever for Kerry.
