There wasn't much a little girl could contribute to the mission in Viet Nam. This campaign gave me the opportunity to serve my Country in a way that truly mattered. I never served in the military, but I am honored to have served with countless others in this battle. You are the guys who were closest to me in this battle. You gave me the weapons I needed, and showed me how to use them. You never made me feel like just a little girl in a big boys' game. You patted me on the back when I did good, and helped me back to my feet when I stumbled. I never soared to the level an Audey Murphy or a Sgt. York, but with your help I soared to heights I never knew before. I changed one vote that I know of, and hopefully more. I'm proud of that, and you should be too. I got to be a member of a righteous team. That's an honor I will treasure always.
We won! The enemy surrendered, and the stock market went wild with enthusiasm. Now when I tell a soldier "Welcome Home" he/she will know I mean it.
WELCOME HOME SOLDIERS!!!!!!!!!
We could not have won without the support from everyone.
We all contributed to this historic win!
Tonight, we are having a Kerry sign burrning and fireworks celebration in my yard. Two Vietnam vets and an active duty Navy CPO will participate. I'll shoot video and stills. I am exhausted and will post pics tomorrow.
I placed a protest sign I had made for FReepin' him on his first visit to my hometown, Jacksonville, Florida, in May 2004. It had his face imposed on the Vietnam Memorial with his Senate testimony words on the wall, with my words underneath about how he betrayed us and smeared our reputations.
One of my sons videoed the affair for posterity, the other participated in lighting the signs. We also had a fireworks celebration of the Bush victory after the sign burning. I invited my neighbor, FReeper "Cup a Joe" a fellow veteran, to participate. His daughters also participated by reading an appeal to voters to reject Kerry on Election day. He has been a anxious about defeating Kerry as I was and he joined me as we fought to expose Kerry's FRAUD.
I also invited a couple other neighbors and their families to come watch.
When all the signs had burned and all the fireworks finished, Cup a Joe and I held our signs that we used for sign waving on election day and gave out a big "Victory Yell"!
It was a great celebration and a real cleansing of the TRAITOR Hanoi John Kerry from our lives forever!
