Mitofsky International is a survey research company founded by Warren J. Mitofsky in 1993. Its primary business is conducting exit polls for major elections around the world. It does this work exclusively for news organizations. Mitofsky has directed exit polls and quick counts since 1967 for almost 3,000 electoral contests in United States, Mexico, Russia and the Philippines.

His record for accuracy is well known. "This caution in projecting winners is a Mitofsky trademark, one which has served him well...," said David W. Moore, the managing editor of the Gallup Poll in his book, The Super Pollsters.

Mitofsky International also specializes in legal proceedings. Its cases included the change of venue portion of the Amadou Diallo shooting by four New York City police; the challenge in the U.S. Senate to seating Diane Fienstein after her victory over Michael Huffington...

MI election research clients in the United States have included ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times and Time...

MI conducted the only exit polls for the Russian presidential elections in 1996 and 2000. It also polled for the 1993 and 1999 Duma election. In 1994, MI conducted the only exit poll and quick count for the Mexican presidential election reported by the country's broadcast industry. Mitofsky received public commendation by President Carlos Salinas for his contribution to the election's credibility....

MI conducted exit polls for the 1994 mid-term U.S. elections for leading national newspapers. Since 1996, Mitofsky has done the electoral projections and analysis for president, governor and congress for CBS and CNN.

MI’s president, Warren Mitofsky started and directed Voter Research & Surveys from 1990 to 1993, which was the election consortium of the four major television networks, ABC, CBS, CNN and NBC. It is now known as Voter News Service (VNS).

From 1967 to 1990, Mitofsky was executive director of the CBS News election and survey unit, and was an executive producer of its election night broadcasts. He conducted the first exit polls for CBS in 1967, and developed the projection and analysis system used successfully by CBS and Voter News Service. He started the CBS News/New York Times Poll in 1975 and directed it for CBS for its first 15 years....

Mitofsky came to CBS News in 1967 from the Census Bureau where he designed many surveys during the early days of the poverty program and for presidential commissions including those investigating the selective service system and the Watts riots. He also designed many other demographic surveys. Along with Joseph Waksberg, he developed a highly efficient random digit dialing telephone sampling method, which has been widely adopted.

At the University of Minnesota, Mitofsky became a doctoral candidate in mass communications, but did not complete the degree. With Paul Sheatsley, he edited A Meeting Place: The History of the American Association for Public Opinion Research, and was an editor of Campaign '76 and Campaign '78. He currently is working on a book about exit polls.

The clintons' refinement of the DNC "drag and drop," a vote fraud technique by which unwitting, unwilling and/or illegal blacks are coerced into voting multiple times, is not merely illegal and exploitive. It is racist.

Calculating a black man's worth to be 5/3 of a vote is no less racist, and arguably more so, than calculating his worth to be 3/5 of a man; the latter is demeaning, but the former is dehumanizing.

In the senate race against Rick Lazio, it is widely understood that the "drag and drop," (followed by the OLD ANGLE / NEW SQUARE / OVAL OFFICE SCHEME ) was clinton's vote fraud technique of choice used to overcome her low poll numbers, high personal negatives and consistent public failures.

"I did not have any involvement in the pardons that were granted or not granted," insisted Sen. hat to do about Democrat voter fraud?
How about jail time... (at a minimum)?

Even a casual observer of the American political scene would conclude that stolen votes, so easily discounted in the calculus, are no more dear to us than Winona Ryder's purloined sweaters.

Peggy Noonan had it right when she said Democrat voter fraud is treason.
No less than America is at stake here, folks.

And we must not allow false charges of racism and voter suppression deter us.
We must go after this threat aggressively.

Is the country losing its collective mind?
I mean, to require voters to prove they're qualified to vote is not voter suppression.
It's voter protection.
It's the protection of the franchise.
It's the protection of the Republic.

I say let's flip the bums doing the Democrats' dirty work.
We've got to go up the food chain and nail the
animals who are orchestrating--and FUNDING--this fraud.
Think "RICO."

Give the man an "A" for having the backbone to call it as he sees it.

He's a good enough pollster to know what side of the toast the butter is on and not proud enough to refuse to eat his fallen toast on the floor.

The FCC should revoke CBS's license and should auction it off to the highest bidder.

CBS has now developed a definite pattern of trying to sway the outcome of the election by using fraud and deceite.

I've got my own theory about exit polls. I think that about 2% of the Republican voters heard about all the intimidation of Republicans and decided not to talk to exit pollers.

not to talk to exit pollers.

Or, better yet, LIE to the pollsters. If I'd been approached by one (they were still sleeping in CA when I voted, I guess), I know I would've lied on who I voted for and why.

Lying to the press on an exit poll is a patriotic act. But I'm certain that the choice of exit poll locations reflects an absolute cluelessness on the part of those who conduct them. The conventional wisdom is that an increase in registration and turnout favors a challenger, but clearly, in this case, it also reflected a deep and justified fear on the part of voters in the red states to keep our country safe from a hyper-liberal Clymer.

Someone above said that exit polls should be outlawed, I think that just happened. The law of the market says that nobody's going to spend megabucks on something that is completely worthless, even as an election manipulation tactic.

We have to thank all those who voted, especially those who thought their vote was going to be in vain.

Right now my heart is so full of love and admiration for our president.

Other than the effort to drive Nixon from office I have never experienced anything like their effort to deny this election to the president.
