Just require all federal elections to have social security numbers used to check in registered voters and all voter lists to be electronic. Voters without social security numbers but are citizens can vote provisionally.

This would eliminate all dual voting, voting in two states, and so on. Would be easy to implement.

Bingo. That's what the IRS requires (SSN) for a tax return. If it is good enough for the IRS and not unconstitutional for that purpose, it should be good for voting. Require all absentee ballots to have SSNs and signatures on them as well. Have the absentee ballots counted by machine that makes sure all the info. is on them or the machine does not cast the ballot. There are plenty of easy and practical ways to prevent most voter fraud.
