The Fix is IN!

I tried earlier, and no one wanted to believe it. Maybe now you do? *THE FIX IS IN.*

If we're afraid to call it as is, there's no chance we'll ever see democracy or a Democrat elected in this country every again. PLEASE WAKE UP AND SMELL THE ROSES.

Here are some facts:

(1) All exit polls had Kerry ahead in in FL and OH.

(2) All Democrats were completely confident, based (I'm sure) on internal polls. Kennedy said Kerry won. He was sure. So was the DNC chair, who referred to Kerry as president-elect.

(3) Canadian TV (CTV) said it will be an early landslide (their word) for Kerry. They had inside information.

(4) Exit polls have always been correct -- until they pulled Florida away from Gore, and Bush took power by force. Since then no exit poll has ever been any good. Coincidence?

(5) In the midterm elections, the VERY SAME thing happened as tonight. Polls nationwide favored Democrats, and then the GOP won every state -- and the exit polls vanished!!! Pollsters had never been so wrong. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME MACHINES WERE USED.

(6) We all know who owns the Diebold (Diabolical) voting machines. And it ain't the Democrats.

(5) Every historical predictor pointed to a Kerry victory: the large turnout, Bush's approval ratings, the economy, and the fact that he consistently polled under 50 or even 48%. No president had ever won with such low numbers.

And then magically everything reversed itself and Bush wins. Do you guys believe this is for real?

I don't know what we can do. But at the very least I suggest:

-- Write letters to every paper and every person you know, outlining the facts above (plus everything you can add about the electronic voting machines -- lots of info out there).

-- Write Kennedy and others who KNOW Kerry had the real vote. We need them to come forward and speak out.

-- We need strategy. We can't just go and protest and be angry. It will look like we can't accept defeat. We need to get our facts and target our message. Or else forget about this country.

Ideas? Drop me a line.

All I can say is: WOW!

Perusing that site for about an hour, I was amazed at the absolute dearth of cogent arguments. Most reasoning, if you'll acquiesce to the idea that the merest glimmer is evidence thereof, is utterly premised on preconcieved notions, fallacial logic, illogical premises to which are applied absolutely valid, albeit unsound, logic to arrive at erroneous conclusions, and expressed in a truly eyebrow raising volume of profanity. Any person who's had a modicum of sound academic training knows right well that the inablity to express oneself without the use of profanity is symptomatic of shallow minds. Its like freaking romper room over there.

I find it extremely hard to fathom that the DU Asylum can in any way be representative of intelectual and professional liberals who could be the contemporary philosophical equals of the great majority of posters here at Free Republic. Frankly, the impression I get from the whole ordeal is that the place is over run by a bunch of high school punks, college drop outs and would be jaded hippy freaks. Man if DU is indeed representative of liberal mindset, this country is in serious trouble.

Anyways, I just watched Andrew Card's statement. And I was overwhelmed with joy at the class displayed by the Bush/Cheney team with that statement. I would go as far to say, that in my opinion that's a caliber of class akin to Ronald Reagan. The Card statement was a very tactful and diplomatic. It exudes character and dignity befitting any person who's has a sound ethical character. What is class and character? It hard to define, but the unspoken rule is, "You know it when you see it."

That in my opinion is what is absolutely lacking of all recent liberal politicians in recent memory. In my opionion, the only two noteworthy liberal politicians who can be deemed worthy of having a similar measure of class (and the respect this would garner) would be JFK back in the early 60's (hence the Camelot era). And prior to that it was "Give 'em Hell" Truman. Say what you will about their political ideologies, there hasn't been a liberal politician of their caliber since then.

Let's give them the respect of more time to reflect upon the results of the election.

Snort, guffaw...

They like using handles with some form of "muse" in them.

Write letters. Go ahead, dear. After your cookies and milk.

Anyone else here yesterday when DU was sending trolls and laughing at us?

He who laughs last...

So... I take it democrats are going to be calling for another method of election aside from popular vote and electoral college.

Good morning.

Yes, it looks that way. They probably think it would be best if CBS simply picked a President for us.

We can't underestimate these people. They are truly psychotic about this election. We need every Freeper lawyer to volunteer in this effort to counter the kerry/edwards army of volunteers. Trial lawyers have a BIG stake in thie election, and they will be bringing lawsuits all across the country today. You can bet on it. If there was ever a time for a good FReeping, this is it.

I love their "fact" number 3:

Canadian TV (CTV) said it will be an early landslide (their word) for Kerry. They had inside information.

Absolutely hilarious! Next they'll want to repeal the mathematical law of 1+1=2 ...

Yes, they are. They want the 'impartial' media to decide who should win and then call it that way. lol

The fix was fixed with truth. The pollsters were misleading the voters, in a sense trying to surpress the republican vote. They got caught. We win and the nation is better for it.

What a rant! It is based solely on conspiracy theories and totally unfounded rumor.

Listening to election coverage last evening I was stunned to hear all pundits place responsibility for unifying the country solely on the shoulders of the President and the Republicans elected to the House and Senate! I think this is symptomatic of the problem in the country. The Republicans are supposed to be the peacemakers and compromisers, while the Democrats sit in their corner and pout!

I've no doubt, if Gore (the Whore) had given a decent concession speech a couple of days after the election, there would not have been the bitterness on the part of DEMOCRATS, not Republicans!

I like to believe the Bush voters were just sticking it to the news media to let them slobber all over themselves for Kerry and end up with egg on their faces.

Yes they want to replace it with synergy 2+2=5. LOL

Explanation: 2(Popular vote)+2(Electoral College vote)*(lawyers, voter fraud, tacit media support and magical thinking)=5(Kerry election)
