CNN didn't call Ohio for Bush. You probably saw the byline on the bottom of the screen that said "Bush wins Ohio", but that was actually a quote from the Bush/Cheney chairman's speech. They still have it "Too Close To Call". Yet, the margins in Pennsylvania, Michigan, & Minnesota are smaller than the Ohio margin.
Given how long it took them to call Florida, how far does the President have to be in front before Ohio is "called"?
