Way to go broken glass republicans... We surprised everyone by exceeding the democrat GOTV effort! This is a major story to be covered by media for weeks I believe.

Taking a bow!

Hubby and I did poll checking and calling to voters in two precincts, as well as walking our precinct.

We may have added 5 votes to Dubya's total popular votes for 50 hours of work.

Great! I helped with phone banks first time in my life... It's a lowly job - but very necessary! Thanks for your help!

Indiana being dominantly Republican, it was said if Indiana had a large turn out, President Bush would win. The thought being the Republicans finally got out the vote. Works for this Hoosier!

The problem for them was cellphone Republicans do show up.
I also bet cellphone Republicans mostly also have landline phones.

After all hype about getting out the vote on the left..using mtv, puff daddy, hollywood...the republican machine put them to shame. We didnt intimidate people or flap our jaws, we just took our case to the streets! Great job and what a sweet victory! Thanks to everyone who made this possible. You did your country proud!

Bush will end up winning the popular vote by a HUGE margin. Seomething like 4 million votes. Is this correct?

The thanks goes to the Lord, and the Swift Boat Vets.

The media could not keep those good men from telling their story.

Somewhere between 3.5 and 4 million. An excellent showing and turnaround from 2000! The most votes ever received by a president!

Christian Evangelicals really came out of the woodwork.

Kerry failed to understand Ohio. He failed to understand that while jobs were being lossed in Ohio...gay marriage and moral issues trumped that.

He lost because he was, in essence, viewed as immoral. You can't win rural voters over with that.

...let's not forget, he shot that goose. I think he lost at least a million votes with that pathetic theatrical stunt.

I want to tell you that our GOTV effort in Iowa was absolutely awesome. We kicked butt! We need to learn from this great effort and replicate it in future election cycles.

All those long lines, all that new turnout -- it's was the stampede of the elephants.

MSM got it all wrong.
