I've never seen Jennings so arrogant and rude.
His hatred for Bush was obvious.
Damn him.
POS.

NO TV DAY!

Someone needs to tell the media that they have no legal role in certifying elections.

You're right. The MSM may have taken away our victory party, but they haven't been able to take away our victory. Bush will take his time and declare victory - when we're all awake.

I spent the day as a poll watcher and the early evening giving out sample ballots - and then a few hours watching results - and now it's nearly 5:00 a.m. and I'm going to bed. Happy at last.

Noticed the same thing. Not one network has given Bush over 269. Either they can NV Bush or Ohio but not both. Yet they call Wincossin with only a 12,000 difference Kerry barely ahead and eaisly within the recount range.

Now CNN calls New Mexico too close to call with Bush ahead by 11,000 equivalent to 120,000 in WI.

Unbelievable.

But still fun hearing them cry their eyes out about the new Senate and the fact they know Kerry lost.

CNN now calls New Mexico a "green state" ... a.k.a., NO CALL.

Bah!

You got that right. ABC had Nevada at 100 percent before they had to finally call it. Laughable.

Jennings came right out and baited bush to come over and comment

The President of the United States has FAR more important things to do than get on this recently naturalized citizen's tv show at 4AM so that he can boost HIS ratings.

The President won the popular vote, the electoral vote, more votes than other presidents in total, the House, the Senate, and saw the minority leader of the Senate fired.

I can picture George W. Bush making that same Rumsfeld/Red expression that he did during some of the asinine debate questions: "What are you, a dumbass?"

If Petah were an honest man, he would acknowledge that Kerry refused to make a public appearance at all. At least I saw footage of the Bush family in the White House.

I saw a fantastic photo from 2000 of Bush at the governor's mansion looking over his victory speech (that he never got to read).

The left has denied him his day once again (the only time that he really gets to say that speech; now it must be tailored to account for Kerry's hissyfit and the rat tricks to steal the election).

I fell asleep about 10:30 Central time and woke up at 2:30 AM. Turned on the TV and Fox showed Bush 269; Kerry 242. I thought Florida was still up in the air - 27 votes short of the 538 total. MSNBC showed 269-211, so after I got the whole story on which states were still undeclared, it made more sense.

I would not expect John Kerry to get public at 3AM to concede. He's been in this campaign for over 2 years, and since January he has been the center of the Democrat universe. I would expect him to get him moment in the sun, while most people are awake.

The only real drama left is, will John Kerry act like a statesman and encourage his supporters to put this behind them, support our troops, etc,; or will he act like Al Gore.

John Kerry should realize that he now stands in a very volatile spot - between Hillary and the 2008 nomination. Expect the Clinton machine to work this angle.

And now it's time to go back to bed. President Bush has been re-elected, and now the terrorists need to scale back. Their attempt to manipulate the election has failed. Rather than sending bombs or airplanes, all Osama can do is send a videotape. We are winning.

I am extremely proud to say that I did not turn on the TV or watch any media tonight - I enjoyed the entire election simply going to the various sites like FR (obviously), Hugh Hewitt, Horserace, Hedgehog, TradeSports, Drudge, MegaPundit, etc. I had enough of the MSM's BS during the run up to the election - I really don't understand how any conservative can watch their crap without getting ill. Rather, Jennings, etc. are all absolutely despicable!!!

Nevada is too close to call. They're still tallying. Bush is only ahead here by a thousand votes.

STONEWALL

Most networks do not consider these margins worthy of victory for Bush:
2.7% Ohio
2.7% Nevada
1.0% Iowa
1.7% New Mexico

Most networks do consider these margins worthy of victory for Lurch:
1.6% New Hampshire
2.2% Penn
2.7% Michigan

Dubya is up by 145,000+ votes in Ohio
Lurch only has that margin in 6 of "his" 20 states

The strategy of the MSM is completely clear. Tom Brokaw admitted as much this morning when he said they had *stopped* calling other states because the Kerry camp refuses to give up Ohio despite their own news opinion, judgment and finding.

This is how they justify the ridiculousness of Nevada win here, Ohio win there, here a win, there a win... blah, blah. Katie looked like she was higher-than-a-kite at the most infinitesimal notion Kerry might go scorched-earth with 10,000 legal stormtroopers on the ground to steal this election.

Just two points.

1) If the MSM was not bias, then Bush would have won easily.

2) If there was a uniformed way to perform a Presidential election(in other words not an easy way for the Rats to cheat as they usually do through dead votes, multiple votes, etc...), then Bush would have won easily.

The Rats in the MSM are very upset today because after all their Bush bashing they still lost.

FOX did the same thing -- called Ohio but not Nevada. Literally as soon as Kerry conceded, FOX and all the other nets called Nevada for GWB. They all could have done so last night -- and believe me, if Kerry had been leading in Ohio by the margin President Bush led, they'd have all called it for Kerry in a heartbeat, including FOX. The media sucks big time, and they are going to have to be our next target for reform.

"This is what I said about Disney ABC in a previous thread."

What I think we have to do is boycott and cause trouble for these people in every way we can. I heard that Disney(ABC) wants to go to the Florida legislature and get tax breaks. We ought to organize conservatives all over the country to send emails to Republican members of the state legislature reminding them how ABC slimed Republicans and urging them to repeal Disney tax breaks instead of giving new ones. Disney's main source of income comes from families and most families, especially ones with money are Republicans. A perfect set for a major boycott. Also there is a stock holders battle for control of the company, where we could make the difference for a price of course.
