One key clarification, Godzilla. The NYC level has been lowered specifically and only for the financial sector threat. NYC's overall alert level stays at orange, as it has remained since 9/11/01.

I'm aware of that. However, I've been tracking DHS and not what NYC is doing internally separate from DHS instruction.
