Yes, it is better sometimes not to share everything if you do not feel comfortable doing so.
Sometimes, it is a hard call.
In a somewhat related vein, I do wish the PTB in DC would leak to us a bit more though! You know, wide and public leaks like that of Congressman Chris Shays last year and more recently Senator Mark Dayton. Where there is smoke there indeed may be some fire...no matter what others deny...like the other lawmakers who claimed that both lawmakers were being silly.
Silly my asp. Cautious, yes. More cautious than others, no doubt.
