OK, let's all huddle here--where are we with OH, IA, NM, NV?
Kerry camp claims 200,000.
That is highly unlikely.
Only 23,000 absentees weren't delivered, so they were on provisionals, but that court case came just this afternoon.
Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell says speculation is that there would be 175,000 provisional ballots.

With IA, NM and Nevada, Bush has an additional 17---anywhere else he may pick up some electoral votes?
