I'm too scarred and traumatized from 2000 to get complacent about the whole state, but let's feel free to tell that oh-so-smart editor at the Guardian that he doesn't know the American electorate like he thought he did, and that he should have listened to the Dems and leftists who told him that this would go over like a lead balloon.
But, this is how the Euroleftist elite do things. They think they know so much, they believe their own hype and their own stereotypes and preconceived notions, that they don't bother doing their homework first. It's all about the nobleness and intellectual creativity of the idea that counts, not the practical, brass-tacks, real-world impact of the idea. And these are the same people who want to run our country (through the U.N. and the International Criminal Court). HA!
I got mailing addresses from the guardian's "democratic toolkit" and I wrote clark county voters "politely" asking them to vote for dubya.

Just returned from beautiful downtown Springfield Ohio and the celebration party !!! We did it. Clark County went for Bush !!! Ohio will put Bush over the top !!!!
