Remember 2000? The networks would NOT call any states for Bush even when it was obvious he was ahead. They didn't want their viewers to hear it. Disregard them until ALL the polls are closed, and we can see the numbers for ourselves as they scroll across the screen.

If we lose ANY southern state you might as well write off Bush. Wait for the real returns to start coming in.
I don't know. But there are a lot of illegal aliens and Arlington (right next to DC) has been encouraging them to settle there.
