Kentucky Polls are not closed. 1/2 the state is on Central Time. Everybody forgot this in 2000 also!
central time Ky still open, my husband is going to vote now.
oh, yes...the Senate Race between incumbent Jim Bunning (R) and challenger Dan Mongiardo (D) also bears watching...
Precincts Reporting: 1
Bush & Cheney 2,104 55.7% 55.7%
Kerry & Edwards 1,657 43.9%
Yes, that's right...but KY-3 and KY-4 aren't in that state.
Isn't Western KY poll closing at 6 Central time?
(From a KY Cardinal!)
We're gonna annex Western Kentucky some day since you don't want 'em. They'd fit in with Tennessee just fine. :-)
Northup declared the winner -- not even close. She is ahead by 30 points right now, 65-35. Shocking.
Davis, Clooney race is neck and neck.
Northup is typically the bellwether here - usually neck & neck. The fack she creamed the competition is good news. The fact Bunning seems to be taking it on the chin is more due to Bunning himself than anything else.
What's your prediction for the Clooney race?
I'm a bit late responding...but if you didn't see it yet, Davis defeated Clooney.
