Barone reports that Repub. Precincts in Pennington County may be out, so this should add to the total -- and there aren't enough Indian reservation votes to bridge the Gap for Daschle or Kerry.
From the CBS affiliate in Cedar Rapids....90% counted, Bush up by 4000, and the counties still to go are all border counties. That generally should indicate rural. Rural is good.
