Barone reports that Repub. Precincts in Pennington County may be out, so this should add to the total -- and there aren't enough Indian reservation votes to bridge the Gap for Daschle or Kerry.

No "may be out". ARE out. Half of Pennington County is still out. Thune's lead after those counties come in should offset the Native American vote, I think.
