Bush is starting to make his move. 85% of Milwaukee County is in, so the rest are coming, in general, from Bush counties.

Despite the weirdness, Bush is still closing the gap in PA. Now down by 255,000 votes with several counties still yet to report in the conservative "T". Long shot, but not impossible.
