3945 of 4124 precincts reporting, and David Vitter still has 52% of the vote. Normally, a Republican needs to get 53% in my parish to win, and David Vitter received 56% with a huge turnout.

I have NEVER seen so many folks turn out for an election. Line was practically round the firehouse this morning.
