Susan Estrich on FOX just said that voters are still in line to vote in South Florida at 11:00 P.M. ??!!
She said "they're our people" (democrats of course)
How in the world are people still waiting in line 3 hours after the polls closed?
What did they go, bus them in?
if they got in line before the polls closed they have to let them vote. Same thing happened here.
If you got in line at 7:00 or before, you get to vote. Just very long lines... probably broken machines.
That is total and complete BS. They're laying the tracks for the excuse and legal choo-choo.
That's got to be BS. Those counties are 90 percent counted. Even if there are people in line, there aren't enough to make a difference.
They probably just woke up. It's not like they have jobs.
I think Susan's been hitting the bottle tonight, since about 8 pm.
"UM only had FIVE voting machines for all of the students. Local news just showed them, and there's still plenty of kids waiting" posted at 11 14 pm on unmentionable site
Remember, you are talking South Florida!!! What are you thinking!
Actually they are lined up to take a ride in Disney World.
In some areas, if you're in line by (whatever designated time), they'll stay open to let you vote.
I saked the same question a long time ago when Lockhart said it on CNN. Never got an answer.
on Susan: Give me a break! These are our people. I saw her on Fox earlier and she sure was miffed about something.
Well, for Susan's sake, I hope there are at least 300,000 folks in those South Florida lines.
What's keeping the lines open in Florida is probably the same thing keeping the lines open currently in Ohio. There were far many more people showing up to vote than the polling stations were prepared to handle. It's that simple. I know of people who waited 3 or 4 hours today to vote, and the media reported one place in Ohio where people waited 7 hours.
Here in Ohio, we will be voting until midnight.
Only Dummies would stand in line after the polls closed. Well, they can say they were prevented from voting. Boo Hoo. Kerry won't let anyone see him watching the returns. They must be weeping and wailing to beat the band. Presumably James Taylor and Carol King have packed up and gone home. No victory hijinks in Boston tonight.
