Not so fast - FNC is just reporting that Broward and Palm Beach has been sued by the ACLU (what a surprise) because the voters didn't receive their absentee ballots in time and they want an extension (1 week?). Hmm, are they trying to figure how many more votes they need since they couldn't stuff the touch screen machine? Maybe now we know why they were so slow coming in.

It was only 30,000 absentee ballots. How could they help even if all of them went for Kerry...isn't Bush up by 1/4 mil?

This happened to my Mom in California. My niece here in Ca. registered and then went to vote and wasn't on the register, I had to fight to get my re registering to count. Maybe we should SUE the State of Ca. and hold up the vote?????!!!!!!
