Yes... the same county in CA. What I was wondering about was the 94% turnout... with 67.3% of the precincts reporting. I'm curious (I know *nothing* about election projection) how they determine that ... That seems awfully high to me - for any precinct.

99% of New Mexico in. Bush leads 52-47%. Even if Kerry wins every single remaining vote, he cannot close the margin. Yet MSM still won't call the state for Bush!
