I certainly hope she didn't save it--wouldn't you think it would have to be used to reconcile the ballots used?
They can issue her a new ballot...the ballot already marked for Kerry is evidence of criminal activity by poll workers. I would be out there in front of the media and venting if my ballot was pre-marked for Hanoi John Kerry.
