Get out! I used to live right around there. Never had a problem in the 10 years I voted in that precinct. Why we don't demand ID to vote, I don't know.
Also, I heard Rush say that several voting machines arrived at the polling places in Philly w/votes already on them. Have you heard anything about that?
There was an article about this on Free Republic from four years ago, written by a woman who worked for Carter in 1976 during the primaries, describing that same problem.
