.... WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM MST THIS MORNING...
SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST PLAINS OF NEW MEXICO THIS MORNING. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF SNOW ACCUMULATION CAN BE EXPECTED WITH CURRY AND ROOSEVELT COUNTIES RECEIVING THE LIONS SHARE OF ACCUMULATING SNOW. NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH WILL CAUSE CONSIDERABLE BLOWING SNOW ALONG WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES AND COLD WIND CHILL READINGS.
SNOW SHOWERS ARE FORECAST TO CONTINUE INTO THE AFTERNOON BUT INTENSITY AND COVERAGE SHOULD DECREASE. IN GENERAL... IMPROVING CONDITIONS ARE PREDICTED THIS AFTERNOON AS WINDS DIMINISH AND TEMPERATURES RISE TO ABOVE FREEZING.
IF YOU MUST TRAVEL... MAKE SURE YOUR VEHICLE IS WINTERIZED AND RUNNING PROPERLY.

The same thing happened four years ago, so my husband didn't vote. Alas, NM went Dem by a couple hundred votes. We're in Oklahoma now, and at 7 am there was a line...and some people voted yesterday.

Looking at that map makes me start to believe that maybe there is a God afterall, and he has chosen our side in this war afterall, despite John Kerry claiming otherwise.
Swing states and blue states are getting soaked!
Red states are almost completely untouched.
