Hmmm. Well if I were the judge I'd give them one more hour and if he still refuses to cooperate, than kick his butt out of there and get an alternate willing to do their duty.

Hope this doesn't drag on and on as one juror is due for elective surgery on Friday and court is closed on Thursday. My wish is for a verdict rendered by Wednesday and the return of the jurors to discuss the death penalty phase next week.
