Was told by city manager that 20% of registered voters have already voted by 8AM (includes absentee).
The PROBLEM is if the city manager tells you later that 125% of registered voters have already voted by 8PM...
I live in west Michigan but will be heading to Detroit tonight on business and will be there for the next two days. I'm taking my camera with in case Bush takes the state and rioters burn the city down.
