a lady was passing out "recommendations" to people in line (of course the recommendations were the democrat judges).

Isn't electioneering at the polling place illegal?

She was waving green sheets in the air reminding people that politics is not on the ballot in judges' races and that she had a sheet with recommendations and asked if anyone wanted one. As she was passing the sheets out, she told people that they were the democrat judges. I am going to call the State Board of Elections.

"That's against the law. Report her to the authorities."

No its not (unless state or local law is much different then most normal places). You have to be a certain length away from the polling place, but you can campaign, hold signs and hand out literature (as long as it says who pays for the literature on it somewhere). You can't get within someones personal space and harrass people though...
